SHIPPING, CHANGES AND RETURNS

You can receive your order at your home in the shortest possible time.The delivery time will oscillate between 48 and 72 hours on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The Company will provide an email after receiving the purchase order with the order confirmation and the estimated date on which the customer will receive the product.

 

TRESS, will not be responsible for delays that occur for reasons beyond its management.

The Transport company will be responsible for any incidents that may occur in the delivery of your order.

EUROPE: 3/5 working days €10

REST OF THE WORLD: 7/10 working days €15

 

The shipping rate outside the Iberian Peninsula (Canary Islands and some countries) are subject to tariff costs and other fees that will be charged separately.

 

Returns

For reasons of hygiene, no changes or refunds will be made to swimwear.
